He graduated from Sakarya University Business Administration Department. Joined Erasmus Student Exchange Program(Business Innovation) in Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg between 2006-2007.

He worked at Ideal Future Consultancy ? London, 2006-2007 Önder joined Kigili in 2012. He served as E-Commerce Manager until the autumn of 2016.
He is currently the Yatas Group E-Commerce Manager. He is a graduate of Sabanci University Executive Development Program.

Önder is responsible for the development and implementation of Yatas Group E-Commerce,Digital Transformation and Omni Channel strategy including, cross channel marketing ,vendor selection, online advertising and marketing trends ,merchandising, procurement, product identification, online store development etc..Overall Responsibility of E-Commerce,Digital Transformation and Omni Channel for Yatas Group

Daily Activities ; Planning, campaigns , offers ,strategy, email marketings, banners, ,

E-Commerce revision with all products,categorisation etc..

Google Adwords - Analytics etc experience in order to follow sales

Forecasting profits and sales with Theory of Constraints (TOC)
Identification of new products and customers specific trends

Collaborative with IT, Marketing and E-Commerce department to coordinate the kigili.com

Business development strategies in order to increase sales volume of E-commerce platform

Establish entrepreneurial goals for the Yatas Group E-commerce considering what type of web site would increase sales and lower distribution and other costs, and lower time and human resources involved in the supply chain from the manufacturer to the customer.

Manage E-commerce and Yatas Groups business development strategies to update, specifications and operating rules, as well as supervise all department employees.

Define and implement electronic business strategies that reduce costs and increase on-line sales of the business, applying skills in project management, process re-engineering and knowledge of customer information database, service order systems, and automated service and purchasing systems.
